Reservation Policies

Reservations need to be made at least 12 hours ahead of your desired pick-up time when booking online. For reservations made less than 12 hours in advance, please call us directly to check for availability.

You will receive an email confirmation for all confirmed reservations. If you haven`t received a confirmation email, your reservation isn`t valid. Remember to check your spam folder.

Conduct and Damages

Clients are accountable for their guests and any damages to the vehicle, whether inside or outside. This includes costs for cleaning, repairs, or replacements, with a minimum charge applicable.

Passengers must behave appropriately and avoid actions that could endanger people or property. The company reserves the right to remove any person from the vehicle if these conditions are breached, with no refund provided.

Charges for damages will be determined following a detailed investigation.

Lost Items

We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle during or after the trip. If you believe you have left something behind, contact us, and we will do our best to help locate your item.

Pets

All pets must be kept in a carrier. If not, a minimum cleaning and detailing fee will apply.

Smoking and Alcohol

Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in all our vehicles. Any violation will incur a minimum fee.

Airport Pick-Up Policy

Additional charges apply for waiting time after a flight has landed. The first 30 minutes after landing are free of charge. After that, a waiting fee of $2.50 per minute will apply. If our office is not contacted within 45 minutes of the flight landing, a no-show fee equal to the full rate will be charged.

Extra Stops and Waiting Time

Extra stops can be requested during your trip, with additional charges based on mileage, time, and vehicle type, starting at $25.

For non-airport transfers, there is no charge for waiting time if you meet the driver within the first 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, waiting time will be charged from the scheduled pickup time at the following rates: $2.50 per minute for a sedan, $3.00 for an SUV, $3.00 for a Mercedes S class, and $4.00 for a 14-passenger van. A minimum extra charge of $25 applies for pick-ups and drop-offs between 9 PM and 6 AM.

Substitution Policy

The company reserves the right to upgrade clients to a different vehicle without notice. If a specific vehicle type is needed, please request special accommodations at the time of reservation.

Responsibility

The company is not liable for late arrivals due to factors beyond its control, such as natural events, incorrect pickup or drop-off information, or unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, accidents, or vehicle malfunctions.

Rate and Payment

All vehicle rates are quoted based on availability at the time of booking. Full payment is required at the time of booking for all reservations.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best customer service and availability, we adhere to the following cancellation policies:

  • For point-to-point reservations up to 2 hours, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the pickup time. For jobs lasting more than 2 hours, a 48-hour notice is required.
  • For hourly reservations and 14-passenger van reservations, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours and 7 days in advance, respectively.

Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the fare. Cancellations and changes must be made via email.
